Can you clean outside office hours?
Yes. We clean early in the morning, in the evening or at weekends, at times agreed with you.
What happens if our regular cleaner is off?
Holiday and sickness cover is included as standard, so your clean still goes ahead.
How do we know the cleaning is up to standard?
A supervisor checks the cleaning regularly against your written plan and shares the results with you. Every check is recorded.
Are your cleaners insured and DBS-checked?
Yes. Our staff are DBS-checked and NKLEAN is fully insured.
